WHO IS TEJAL V PATEL?

Tejal is a former divorce attorney turned mindfulness advocate. She's a certified kids and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher and creator of the Mindful parenting group coaching program called, The Mindful Mama Experience which helps moms learn the tools to be more present, patient and peaceful and empower them to teach mindfulness to their kids too.
