Unlike other mindfulness coaches, I’ve been practicing meditation and mindfulness through my pregnancy and from the moment I became a mom. I started to practice this through pregnancy because as I child I have personal experience that children absorb the stress, anger and anxiety of their parents. Plan to spend about 20-25 minutes a week to go through the course content (videos and clarity sheets). Each day you’ll be spending a total of 5 minutes practicing the tools. The kid-friendly techniques I specifically teach in Module 6 are tips for children between the ages of 3-9. All the Kundalini meditations I teach can be made more advanced by increasing the time you meditate. As a teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, I still practice these same meditations, but for a longer time, and still benefit greatly from them. There is great power in repetition, and building the time you sit for a Kundalini meditation. It creates deeper shifts and transformations.
