All my students are busy mamas like you and me. Some are working moms, others stay at home moms, some with special needs kids and others with twins. All of our lives are busy, hectic and fast-paced. But what sets these moms apart is simply their desire to make time to take better care of themselves.
Don’t be worried. This is a 6-week self-study course so you can go through the course at your own pace.
That means there is no added pressure or stress that you’re falling behind. I promise.
The average lesson is under 20 minutes long, each week’s meditation is 3 minutes long and all the other mindfulness techniques are infused right into your normal life, with tasks you’re already doing so there is nothing to “fit into” your schedule (and you have lifetime access), so it doesn’t matter if your life purpose is to be a career mama, a full-time stay at home mama, or a mompreneur. You’ll have time for this.
As real-life moms we want fast + simple instructions, learn what we need, and start practicing. I totally get that! That’s what I want too when I take a new online course. This isn’t about me lecturing you on spiritual theory; it’s about US practicing together, connecting together and building a peaceful lifestyle together.
This won’t feel like work or you’re putting forth much effort because I make sure we have FUN! You’ll immediately reap the benefits by feeling more calm and that will give you the inner motivation to keep going.
Can I kindly ask you to consider something… Do you really have the time to scour through YouTube to find the right meditation, then search for someone to answer your questions? Do you have extra time to read through tons of blogs, articles, and sites to piece together a mindfulness practice that will fit your hectic lifestyle?
Most likely not… But that’s what you’d have to do if you didn’t take a course that laid out the instructions for you. I know you say you’ll sift through all the free content available on the internet but time is too precious to be doing all that.
And you don’t need to do it either.
So consider the alternative. If you like neatly organized, step-by-step guidance that takes out any guesswork. If you like having the comfort knowing that you have somewhere to go when you want to ask questions, then yes this course is for your and you WILL have time for it.
All the steps I share in The Mindful Mama Experience are simple and sustainable tools designed to SAVE you all that time and frustration as you infuse mindfulness and meditation practices while raising a family. They’ve been tried + tested by hundreds of my clients + students in the past three years and they work.
Remember – this isn’t some temporary fad. We are creating a new Mod-Zen mama lifestyle. So keep coming back to this again and again as often as you like because it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress.
Yes, you absolutely can!
In fact, many of my mama clients were complete newbies and never took a mindful breath in their life.
It’s kind of like working out. If you’ve never set foot in the gym, it can seem a bit daunting at first, especially when you don’t know where to start. But if you take a class or you hire a personal trainer, it all becomes more doable because you have someone teaching and supporting you on your journey.
Well, consider me your mindfulness trainer, and this program is your first session.
The Mindful Mama Experience isn’t just about changing your negative habits or patterns. My approach is all about infusing small positive shifts that add up to big life transformational changes. Over a period of time when the positive changes stick, the negative patterns (like stress, o ver-thinking and over-reacting) effortlessly drop away.
I totally get finances play an important part in making decisions. But much like working out is more a necessity than a luxury to keep the body in shape, mindfulness and meditation is a necessity to have a healthy and happy mind and soul.
So let me drop a truth bomb on you…Investing in your well-being, your self-care and your peace of mind is a necessity, not a luxury. There is no way you’ll be able to show up as the best mom, wife, partner or human being unless you are taking care of yourself first.
In all honesty, this isn’t only an investment in yourself, it’s an investment in the peace of mind of your whole family. Knowing the tools as a family to better manage stress how to constructively deal with anger and build deep self-love and compassion is the fibers of deep connection with the ones we love.
When you have the skills and tools to connect to your inner peace, you can handle any unexpected life challenge thrown at you. You become more confident and it carries into how you relate to your spouse, your children, yourself and the world at large.
The Mindful Mama Experience will teach you how to build that inner confidence so that you can ditch that mommy guilt for good.
These tools will transform every aspect of your life, your relationship – especially your relationship with yourself. Do you believe you and your families peace of mind are worth investing in?
Yes it is! Growing research continues to prove the amazing benefits of having a daily meditation and mindfulness practice include:
- increased focus and concentration
- less emotional reactivity
- increased optimism
- better sleep
- enhanced quality of life
- increased self-compassion
- increased levels of well-being and happiness
- improved immune functioning
- decreases anxiety and depression
Now you tell me any mom who couldn’t use all that goodness. This is seriously powerful stuff!
As a devoted meditator and real-life mom, I’ve found you only need 5 minutes of daily mindfulness and meditation is enough for moms to reap clear and convincing benefits like peace, a greater sense of connection and less stress.
And the best part is The Mindful Mama Experience will show you how to effortlessly incorporate mindful pauses and 3 minutes of meditation into your day. These skills are important and necessary to become the best mother our children deserve and a mother we can be proud of.
That’s why I’m so incredibly passionate about empowering mamas to learn mindfulness and meditation to help them feel more calm and confident but also help them learn how to plant the seeds of mindfulness in their children (Ages 3-10) too.
You’ll get a username and password and get immediate access to the Pre-course work exercises and workbooks to get you in the right mindset of how we are going to infuse mindfulness into your life. You’ll also be invited into our private members only Facebook group where I’ll give you prompts to help you stay on track with the course and pop in with impromptu FB lives.
The first module is released on THE DAY YOU SIGN UP. And new content will be available on the membership site every week.
You’ll get an email from me every week when new course material goes live and then one week to practice the material. Follow along with the course material and practice as you can.
Yes, definitely! I understand you’re busy. And life is completely unpredictable. You might not be able to fully immerse yourself in your mindfulness practice and the course for the next 6 weeks.
That’s why if you’re giving birth, traveling, your child get sick, or anything else comes up, you don’t have to worry about missing out because you have lifetime access to the content – it’s yours to download and keep forever.
That means there’s no such thing as “falling behind” here. Promise. You can go back and catch up on anything you’ve missed whenever you like.
No. Even though this is a self-study course, I’ll drip the content into the membership site each week. My method is specifically designed so that you have time to practice, delve into the clarity sheets and have ample opportunity to go through all the content (without feeling overwhelmed).
If I gave all this content to you at once, you would give up before you start.
Everything is designed to make it easy to make daily shifts that will eventually add up to big life transformational changes. (And if you’re the type of person who wants to learn all by themselves because you “know this already,” this may not be the right program for you.)
Once you complete the full course, you have lifetime access to all the content to continue to practice at your own pace. Remember, we are creating a mindful lifestyle; this is not just a short ‘binge’. You’ll have all the tools to practice being a mindful mama for the rest of your life.
Unlike other mindfulness coaches, I’ve been practicing meditation and mindfulness through my pregnancy and from the moment I became a mom. I started to practice this through pregnancy because as I child I have personal experience that children absorb the stress, anger and anxiety of their parents. I didn’t want to pass these patterns on to my own children so I found the right tools to help me better manage stress, stay calm during difficult moments and feel more confident.
This is my passion and nothing brings me more fulfillment that sharing the right tools with mom to help them become the most present, patient and peaceful mama they desire to be.
But of course, I got qualifications too. I’m a former divorce attorney and divorce mediator turned mindfulness advocate. I’m a certified Kids and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, published author and motivational speaker.
Being raised by a deeply loving yet unmindful mom who was constantly distracted, chronically stressed, short-tempered and suffered from low self-esteem, I have personal experience how this affected my peace of mind and I carried these patterns with me.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been teaching kids the tools of mindfulness and meditation. I’ve been publishing articles, speaking and educating teachers how to infuse yoga and mindfulness into classrooms.
My greatest work is bringing this work home by helping moms feel their best too.
But unlike my pre-mommy days, my daily 30 minute meditations was no longer my reality. I needed to find a flexible and manageable way to infuse mindfulness and meditation into my life.
The Mindful Mama Experience is my answer to an ongoing search of how to, as best I can, stay calm and peaceful while juggling my man roles along the way.
This proven system has worked for moms of all kinds of backgrounds from working moms, stay at home moms, moms of twins, toddlers, and tweens to moms with special needs kids.
This course works because I specifically designed it to fit into the world of a real-life mom.
My greatest desire is to help as many moms create a new mindful lifestyle for themselves and become the first generation of moms who practice mindful parenting.
Plan to spend about 20-25 minutes a week to go through the course content (videos and clarity sheets). Each day you’ll be spending a total of 5 minutes practicing the tools. Quick 1 minute tool in the morning, 1-minute tool during the day and 3 minutes of meditation before bed. The daytime activities are infused with tasks you’re already doing so there is nothing else to “fit into” your schedule.
This course’s primary focus is to provide a solid mindfulness and meditation foundation for moms, wherever they are at on their motherhood journey.
Whether you’re a first-time mom with a newborn or a mom with a toddler or tween, these practices can infuse into your life to make you a more present, patient or peaceful mama.
The kid-friendly techniques I specifically teach in Module 6 are tips for children between the ages of 3-9. Children 8 and older can actually start practicing the same tools and meditations as adults. So if you have older kids, this course will still give you the proper foundation you need, and you can then practice the same tools you learned in this course with your older children. This course can benefit EVERYONE in the family!
That depends on you.
All the Kundalini meditations I teach can be made more advanced by increasing the time you meditate. As a teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, I still practice these same meditations, but for a longer time, and still benefit greatly from them. There is great power in repetition, and building the time you sit for a Kundalini meditation. It creates deeper shifts and transformations.
If you currently have a daily meditation practice and you’re not interested in learning about Kundalini Meditation than this course is probably not a good fit for you.
Also, if you’re happy with your current meditation and mindfulness practice and the results you are experiencing but you want to learn how to build a daily consistent practice, this course can help you do that. I’m all about creating a mindful lifestyle so I’m teaching you ways to build a sustainable yet flexible mindfulness and meditation practice.
Kundalini yoga and meditation (the type I’m certified to teach) is unlike other meditations. Passed down by Kundalini Master, Yogi Bhajan Ph.D, it’s designed to balance emotions, increase energy, release stress, clear chakras and much more. It activates the endocrine and nervous system to create balance and youthfulness in your body, mind and energy.
Kundalini meditation is a scientific technology and spiritual practice that activates our innate vitality, health, and energy through rhythmic movement, breath work, mudras (hand positions) and sound.
What sets this apart, from the other styles of meditation, is its precision to create a result, its practicality and sustainability to fit into our busy lifestyle. There are thousands of different meditations.
I’ve hand-selected and tried out each of the meditation I share in this course and each of them help you feel better in as little as 3-7 minutes. These meditations go deep. They clear past patterns, subconscious thoughts and allow you to fully become the radiant, empowered woman you are.
No there isn’t. Kundalini Meditation was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan,
Kundalini Meditation was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D in 1969. Though the teachings are brought from India, they are outside the roots of Hinduism and have no religious affiliation. These teachings are practiced by people of many different backgrounds, beliefs, and religions and will not conflict with your current religious beliefs.
Kundalini meditation is a universal, scientific technology that has the effect to uplift our mind and body.
Unfortunately, no. Because nothing can promise to take away stress and be a quick-fix to make you happy.
Mindfulness and meditation isn’t a cure-all to make life perfect, easy and eliminate all stress. Challenges and stressful moments are a natural part of our life journey. We can’t control that. What we can control is our reaction to these challenging moments and ways to quickly release stress. This course will give you those tools to respond to challenges from a calmer and more centered state.
Studies indicate that people who practice mindfulness do experience less stress and report greater level of happiness. No one can be happy all the time and no one can avoid challenges in life. This course will change how you relate and react to life and thus, it will radically change your life (and your families life too).
This is a life-long process and not a quick fix. But each day you practice these tools you’ll feel a little more balanced, peaceful and content.
Here’s the truth mama: No program works unless you do the work. You gotta do your best to consistently practice these tools. If you’re expecting The Mindful Mama Experience, or anything else, to magically solve your problems, please do not sign-up. This is not some “quick-fix” program where knowledge of the concept is enough. This course requires real-life practice to feel better and see results. There is no way to get around that.
I’m gonna be real for a moment, some days my practice flow smoothly and on hard days I work my mindfulness practice like a full-time job. But unlike other self-study programs, or doing it on your own by reading through books or watching videos, you’ll have my support and encouragement to help you stay on track and you’ll also have the support of the other mindful mamas taking the course.
You will NEVER be alone again on your mindful mama journey.
You can’t become who you want to be by remaining who you are.
To help you stay motivated, I created a quick-start program called The Get Back On Track Guide that you’ll receive when you get access to The Mindful Mama Experience. This robust guide will set you up to stay committed through this program and everything else you do.
The bottom line is that you can’t expect this course to magically work for you. If you aren’t willing to put forth the effort to practice, this is not the program for you. We have a zero tolerance policy for chronic complainers, Judgmental Judy’s, Negative Nancy’s or people with outrageous expectations.
I don’t expect you to be perfect and practice every single day for the rest of your life. I know some days will be tough but I’m all about making progress and not seeking perfection. So if you don’t have a chance to practice one day, don’t judge yourself and use it as an excuse to skip today. So all you need to do to be successful is try your best each day. And remember, I’m here for you during the course and beyond.
